largest owners of residential rental accommodations. Osgoode’s greatest
concentration of properties is in the Ottawa, Gatineau and Kingston
areas, where it owns and manages 4460 homes in 20 quality residential
communities. The company also owns and manages numerous residential and
commercial holdings in Toronto, Atlanta, Montreal, Calgary, Edmonton
and Florida.
