Eastwood Park
Horrible place to live. My partner and i experienced cockroaches in our apartment from the beginning. We got our apartment ... treated SIX DIFFERENT TIMES!!! We needed to keep our stuff packed up in bins and live out of boxes while the extermination was being done. I had to get someone to watch my cat for 4 months because the problem wasn’t taken care of properly. The garbages are very rarely cleared. They get to the point of overflowing and people leaving their garbage beside the bins and nothing gets done about it for weeks. Not one single time during my few months of living there did I see anyone cleaning the common areas of the buildings. DURING COVID TIMES! The floors creak, the paint chips. All the damages that were done to the property prior to us living there were just covered up with white paint. The management takes an extremely long time to reply to emails and rarely answer the telephone. The floors are thin so if you have neighbours above you you WILL hear them everytime they walk. Horrible place to live. Do not recommend to anyone. The reason there are so many positive reviews on this website is because they put up a flyer in the buildings bribing their tenants with a potential month rent-free for writing a good review. Family oriented rental

Eastwood experience
My stay at an Eastwood has been blessed so far. Regardless of the fact that I spend most of my time indoors due to lockdown, ... I haven’t experienced any discomfort due to noise or neighbourhood disturbance. Prior to moving into an Eastwood apartment, I was particularly concerned about garbage disposals and how tidy the community would be. However, I have not been disappointed so far. Garbages are taken care of regularly and the apartments are cleaned up quite often. In addition, there was a time when there was a problem in my bathroom, I called maintenance and they showed up within 10 minutes. And they fixed the problem quickly. So would I recommend you to stay at an Eastwood apartment? Yes!, are you looking for a place where you wouldn’t have to sacrifice standard of living to save on cost of living?
