]]> Osgoode Properties is excited to announce we are proud sponsors of the SJAM Winter Trail! We are always looking for ways to invest in the neighborhoods we have rental communities. We think the SJAM Winter Trail is a great way for our resident to get outside, enjoy their neighborhood and see everything Ottawa has to offer just steps from their front door.

The SJAM Winter Trail is a 16km urban groomed winter trail along the Sir John A. Macdonald river parkway in Ottawa. It is a community driven project and free to use! The trail is great for cross country skiing, fat bikes and snowshoes. This is an especially cool activity this year, when so many of us are looking for opportunities to have fun outdoors.

Many of our properties including The Juliana, Riverton Park, Parkway Towers, Lincoln Park Tower, and Lakeview apartments are only minutes away from the SJAM Winter Trail. Our residents can enjoy all winter has to offer in their own backyard!
